The GSPA destoner is a machine used for cleaning green or roasted coffee, cereals such as wheat or corn, and other granular products, with the purpose of separating the good product from stones, glass, metals, and other high-density impurities. Its operation is based on the combination of air suction and vibrations, which keep the product suspended on an inclined metal mesh deck, allowing separation: due to the vibrations, heavy impurities move upward toward their dedicated discharge, while the product flows downward to the main outlet.
The machine consists of:
- Base structure, supporting the vibrating section and the air suction system.
- Vibrating section, with a work surface operated by motor vibrators.
- Feeding drawer, equipped with a regulating valve.
- Adjustable air suction intake to keep the good product suspended and remove light impurities.
Different models are available depending on the required capacity and the type of product to be processed.
