The GDOR and GDRV rotary distributors are auxiliary machines designed to split a single product flow into two or more equal output flows. Unlike mixers, rotary distributors do not store or dose the product.
The shape of the distributors can vary depending on the available space and the type of product to be divided. For instance, GDOR models resemble horizontal screws and are ideal for splitting a product flow into two channels of a plansifter. Alternatively, GDRV models feature a rotating elbow with a vertical axis, which cyclically diverts the incoming flow to three or more outlets during rotation.
In both cases, the motorization is generally coaxial with the rotation axis, ensuring simple and efficient operation.
