The intensive dampener, or intensive dampening screw GCBI, equalizes the moisture content of cleaned grains before the resting phase, ensuring the optimal level for milling. Designed to accelerate water absorption, the machine is entirely made of stainless steel and includes:
- Two end covers with supports and bearings.
- An inclined casing with a low-speed paddle screw to preserve the kernels.
- Internal paddles to mix and homogenize moisture.
Water is added through a spray nozzle, while the screw and paddles mix and lift the product, promoting uniform distribution and friction for rapid absorption.
