The low-pressure jet filters GFBP are designed for systems requiring air filtration and purification from dust before being reintroduced into the environment, typically in pneumatic conveying or suction systems. Filtration occurs through cyclonic decantation and the subsequent passage of air through filter bags. An electronic timer controls the pilot solenoid valves (external to the filter), which in turn activate the pneumatic valves positioned above each bag. The air stored in the filter head (0.5-0.6 bar) is cyclically directed into the bags through reverse-flow jets for cleaning. The bottom can be either conical or flat, in which case a motorized scraper is used. Dust is discharged via a rotary valve. Maintenance is simplified by large access doors and a quick system for replacing the filtering sleeves.
