The GDCT pre-decanters are machines designed for initial air filtration in cleaning cycles, removing most dust and heavy particles.
Main uses:
- In suction and milling cycles, they decant particles heavier than air, preventing their transport through the system and avoiding pipeline obstructions.
- Reducing the amount of dust reaching dust filters, lowering their workload, wear, and risk of damage.
- Typically paired with tarara machines, they immediately extract aspirated particles, allowing optimal suction adjustment based on the type of product extracted.
- Each pre-decanting unit is equipped with a rotary valve for discharging decanted material.
The model selection depends on the air volume to be filtered and the expected quantity of discharged product.
The pre-decanter can be either vertical or horizontal.
