The GLSS/GLSD roller mill is a rolling mill designed for pasta factories and specific applications, ideal for reducing pre-shredded waste pasta into semolina or grinding couscous. It is simple and free from complex electronic systems, but retains the following essential functions:
– Automatic pneumatic engagement and disengagement of the grinding rollers.
– Manual adjustment of the feed rollers’ speed and product thickness.
– Control of the hopper level.
Equipped with hardened steel rollers (D. 220 mm), it achieves a capacity of 1,000 kg/h of pasta, making it suitable for small and medium-sized pasta factories that aim to recover waste by transforming it into reusable semolina.
