The GPTS rotary pre-cleaner is a machine designed for the pre-cleaning of large cereal flows, with the purpose of quickly removing foreign objects and impurities larger than the processed product.
Main components:
- Rotating separator drum: Cylindrical and large, supported by a roller bearing on one side and rubber wheels on the other, driven by a gear motor.
- Rotating brushes: Ensure continuous cleaning of the drum.
Processing flow: Cereals enter through a chute and pass through the rotating drum: the cleaned product exits through the “PRODUCT OUTPUT” hopper, while larger impurities are conveyed to the waste hopper.
The machine is designed to facilitate cleaning, maintenance, and quick replacement of wear components.
