The GBSF rotary sifter separates particles or foreign bodies from products such as flour, semolina, and other milling derivatives, as well as sugar, coffee, and similar products. It is used as a safety device before bagging or bulk loading, removing larger impurities.
It can be equipped with different types of mesh screens or perforated sheets (nylon, stainless steel, perforated metal) and various mesh opening sizes or hole diameters.
Large access doors facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
Manufactured in five different versions, it handles flow rates from 1 T/h to 80 T/h. For fine meshes or difficult products, it can integrate an internal cleaning system with compressed air and a top filter for continuous air recirculation.
A version for installation in a pressure conveying line (max. 1 bar) is also available.
