Special high-pressure filters (6–7 bar) are designed for customized applications or specific situations requiring air filtration and dust removal before re-emission into the environment. Filtration occurs as air passes through filtering sleeves that retain dust particles on their outer surface, which are then cleaned by timed compressed air jets. These filters, generally compact in size and circular, square, or rectangular in shape, are designed to draw air directly from silos, hoppers, or small containers, without discharge systems, as the dust falls back into the underlying vessel. An electronic timer controls the compressed air jets, while optional controls monitor the filter’s functionality. Maintenance is simplified by large access doors and a quick system for replacing the filtering sleeves.
