The Vibrating Sieve / Vibro Box – GVBX is a machine designed for granulometric selection and the removal of smaller and broken beans. Thanks to a multi-level sieve system, designed to increase the working surface and capacity, it separates the beans based on size, ensuring a uniform and high-quality final product.
Its operation is based on a vibrating movement that facilitates the passage of roasted coffee through sieves with calibrated holes, generally made of aluminum. The smaller and broken beans are directed towards waste, while those of the correct size proceed to packaging.
The machine is constructed in carbon steel or stainless steel AISI 304, ensuring high standards of strength, hygiene, and durability. It is also equipped with systems for adjusting vibration and inclination, to optimize product selection. Maintenance is simple, thanks to quick-access inspection doors and the ability to easily replace the sieves.
