The heaviest fraction, which often contains stones and metals, can thus be identified and removed.<br \/>\nIts operation is based on the combination of air suction and vibrations: the product, kept in suspension due to the air depression generated by suction and the vibrations of the mesh screen work surface, separates by specific weight as it moves toward the outlets. The classification is achieved by adjusting air suction, table inclination, and discharge points.<br \/>\nIn addition to density-based separation, the airflow also removes light impurities, such as husks and seed coatings.<\/p>\n<p>The machine consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Base structure, supporting the vibrating section and the air suction system.<\/li>\n<li>Vibrating section, with a work surface operated by motor vibrators.<\/li>\n<li>Feeding drawer, equipped with a regulating valve.<\/li>\n<li>Air suction intake, with a butterfly valve for micrometric adjustments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The densimetric table is a machine used for cleaning cereals and other granular products (legumes, coffee, corn grits, etc.), separating them into fractions based on density.
