The GRSP bran finisher is a machine used in the intermediate and final stages of milling to remove residual endosperm from the bran while preserving its integrity. The process occurs through impact and abrasion: the product, drawn into the rotor, is centrifuged against the perforated casing, allowing the separation of fine particles, while the larger parts continue towards the outlet.
An adjustable paddle system controls the product’s advancement speed.
Decades of experience have led to the development of a new optimized model that offers greater efficiency, hygiene, and ease of management. In particular, it is equipped with a removable perforated casing with a pneumatic quick-lock system, facilitating cleaning and replacement.
The rotor is directly motorized without belts, while an adjustable aspiration system prevents stagnation and mold formation.
