The GMCE centrifugal grinder – impact detacher, or mill flour, is an impact mill designed to reduce semolina, coarse semolina, and broken cereals or legumes into fine flours, particularly suitable for moist or fatty products that are difficult to sieve.
The machine consists of:
– A high-speed rotating disc with conical pins.
– A static disc, also with pins, adjustable in height to vary the impact action.
The product, loaded by gravity, is propelled at high speed against the pins and the external casing, then directed towards the tangential outlet via air vortices.
It is recommended that the discharged material be separated in a cyclone or conveyed into pneumatic suction transport.
