The GRSV vibro-brushes are essential machines in the milling process, used to sieve moist and fatty milling products from filters and bran brushes. The product is thrown against the sieving mesh, which remains clean due to micro-vibrations.
The product enters through a feeding screw, is distributed by a centrifugal disc, and is propelled by the rotor with beaters against the sieving mesh, which allows only the finest parts to pass through. The mantle remains clean thanks to the micro-vibrations generated by the unbalanced rotor.
Adjustable paddles allow control of the product’s advancement speed. The movement is transmitted to the rotor via belts connected to an electric motor. To prevent vibrations from being transferred to the building, the machine is mounted on elastic supports, with cotton sleeves used for the inlet and outlet connections.
The machine consists of:
- Rotor with adjustable beaters, mounted on double-row roller bearings.
- Mantle with nylon or stainless steel mesh, easily removable.
- Discharge hoppers, one for sieved flour and one for waste materials.
