The GSTE-P pneumatically-operated loading bellow, unlike traditional models, features a movement powered by two pneumatic cylinders. It is perfectly adaptable to various unloading methods but is specifically designed for high-capacity applications, making it ideal for use downstream of fluidizing extractors.
The pressure exerted by the cylinders keeps the end of the loading bellow constantly sealed against the tank inlet, preventing product dispersion into the environment and ensuring maximum operational efficiency. Moreover, this pressure remains constant throughout the loading process, without affecting the weighing accuracy of the tank.
The spherical joints on the cylinders provide flexibility in positioning the loading bellow, allowing the loading of tanks even if they are not perfectly aligned beneath the bellow.
A stackable concentric cone system effectively separates the product flow from the unloading section dedicated to suction. The unloader is designed to handle high product flow rates, while simultaneously ensuring the correct amount of air is extracted, which must necessarily be removed from the tank during loading.
