G&AS has developed a new system for the replacement of the revolver distributor used to control the opening of pneumatic valves for cleaning the filter bags in low-pressure filters.
Unlike the previous electro-mechanical system, which was characterized by low long-term reliability and difficult maintenance in case of failure, the new solution is fully electro-pneumatic, easy to manage, and highly reliable.
Designed for quick installation as a replacement for the old revolver, the new system is compatible with both Golfetto and Sangati filters.
The system is supplied complete with a programmable electronic timer, which also allows for Dp management to monitor the clogging status of the filter bags. The timer can be integrated into the box that replaces the revolver or installed remotely, depending on the specific installation requirements of the customer.
