Impact Detacher – GPUL

The GPUL impact detacher is an auxiliary machine used for the disintegration of flour-based flakes generated by the pressure of the rollers in regrinding mills.
Compared to a standard disintegrator, it performs a much more intense action, not only breaking up the flakes and pulverizing the flour without affecting the bran parts but also assisting in the grinding process and contributing to the elimination of insects, eggs, or larvae that may be present. This significantly enhances the efficiency of subsequent sifting machines while ensuring a sanitizing effect during the milling process.
The machine consists of a flat cylindrical housing with a vertically mounted rotor directly coupled to the motor. The rotor is equipped with metal elements arranged radially.
The product enters the machine by falling into the center of the rotor and, due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation, is projected against the rotor’s metal elements and the cylindrical housing, undergoing the disintegration process. Finally, the product is tangentially expelled through the machine’s outlet.
The dynamic balancing of the rotating parts ensures vibration-free operation and a low noise level.
