The GPRG sample collector is a machine designed to be installed near a sample estractor and is available in two different versions: Multiple or Single.
Multiple GPRG-8/12
Designed to manage the filling and organization of collected samples, it contains a series of 2 or 5-liter containers into which the samples are directed.
The operator inserts the pre-coded containers, and the machine automatically fills them with the collected product, identifying the batch and managing the container change for new samples.
The operator’s intervention is limited to removing the filled containers and inserting new empty ones. Dedicated sensors monitor the presence, filling status, and batch association of each container. A pneumatic system seals the container inlet during the loading phase, preventing dust dispersion and ensuring sensor cleanliness.
An onboard control panel allows the programming of sampling times and can be interfaced with the customer’s supervision system for batch management, traceability, archiving, and association with laboratory analyses.
Single GPRG-1
It includes and supports a 2 or 5-liter container, collecting all samples taken by the sample collector to form a representative sample.
An adjustable locking mechanism simplifies and speeds up the manual replacement of the containers. The inlet connection prevents product and dust leakage, while an external sensor monitors the filling level.
Optionally, a programmable control unit can be supplied to manage the sampling process, including control of the product sampling system.
